Cuckoo wasp near crape myrtle

I saw one of these tiny green wasps buzzing around in my crape myrtle. They are a very pretty bright green and shine in the sunlight. I read that they’re called cuckoo wasps because they lay their eggs in other insects’ nests, as cuckoo birds lay their eggs in other birds’ nests.
